Website is not shown in chat operator’s account

I am a PRO user and my chat operator “[email protected]” does not see the website and cannot chat in his chat account.

It is possible that you does not allow your chat operator [email protected] to access the website. Please, follow the steps to open access for operator:

  • login at your dashboard;
  • move to “Operators” section;

Online Chat for website

  • under “Access” column, in front of chat operator who you want to allow access to the website, select “Yes”;

Online Chat for webshop

  • After all “Save” changes.
