I am a PRO user and my chat operator “[email protected]” does not see the website and cannot chat in his chat account.
It is possible that you does not allow your chat operator “[email protected]” to access the website. Please, follow the steps to open access for operator:
- login at your wp-chat.com dashboard;
- move to “Operators” section;
- under “Access” column, in front of chat operator who you want to allow access to the website, select “Yes”;
- After all “Save” changes.
